Core Engineering Depot Pty Ltd is committed to delivering products safely and efficiently throughout Australia. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping procedures, delivery timeframes, and customer responsibilities.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Stocked items ordered before 1:30pm are dispatched the same day. After payment received and cleared.

• Stocked items orders received at after 1:30pm are shipped the next business day after payment received and cleared

• Custom fabrication, engineered products, and made-to-order items may require additional manufacturing lead times. Estimated completion and dispatch dates will be provided at the time of order.

Shipping Methods

We use reputable freight and courier providers to deliver orders throughout Australia.

Depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, shipments may be sent via:

• Courier services

• Road freight

• Express freight services

• Specialized transport for oversized or heavy items

The shipping method will be determined based on the most suitable option for your order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

• Delivery location

• Product dimensions and weight

• Freight requirements

• Delivery method selected

• Free Shipping on Orders $500.00 +gst (excluding bulky/heavy or special order items).

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout or included in your quotation.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Metropolitan areas: 2–7 business days

• Regional areas: 3–10 business days

• Remote locations: 5–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other factors outside our control.

Delivery of Large or Heavy Items

Certain fabricated, engineered, or oversized products may require:

• Forklift unloading facilities

• Loading dock access

• Customer assistance during delivery

• Special freight arrangements

Customers will be advised of any special delivery requirements before shipment.

Delivery Inspection

Upon delivery, customers should inspect all goods before signing for receipt.

If goods are received damaged:

1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt.

2. Take photographs where possible.

3. Notify Core Engineering Depot within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect our ability to process freight claims.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, redirection requests, or returned shipments may be charged to the customer.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise requested, deliveries may be left at the delivery address if deemed safe by the carrier.

Core Engineering Depot is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery has been completed in accordance with carrier procedures.
